Do you have tips for navigating “off times”?

I woke to wicked dystonia in my left foot and a locked arm and neck, feeling as if I’m moving through cement.

The mood: a bit upset by the news that power is abused (surprise!) and more countries are in complete chaos. So I’ve turned the news off as await meds to kick in but I’m pretty useless this morning.

This is not a cry for help.

I have plenty of reasons to be grateful and an extraordinary life surrounded by cool people who offer love every single day- even when I’m intolerable. (Oh hush, I already know!)

 Also I ate fro-yo and listened to old school hip hop for dinner. I mean, come is too good!

I just want to hear what you do when your body says, “Nope. Not today!”

I’m just waiting it out...
